Located in San Diego, California, Source Capital Funding, Inc. specializes in the underwriting and funding of short term commercial and residential real estate loans. Our unique approach to financing with private capital allows speed and flexibility that traditional banking environments cannot provide.
Investment requirements are primarily based on equity in the property. Loans are secured by deeds of trust on real estate and are further secured by a promissory note and personal guarantee. All loans are serviced through a nationally recognized title insurance company.

Per FDIC Regulations Section 6500, Part 226, Subpart C, 226.24 –The amount of each payment that will apply over the term of the loan is based on simple annual interest applied to unpaid balance. All loans range from 6 to 66 months, are interest only and include a balloon payment due at term. Payments do not include amounts for taxes or insurance premiums. Finance charges apply. The annual percentage rate “APR” may not be increased after the consummation of the loan.
